  Biography:

My educational background is: BS Engineering, United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York; MS Physics, SUNY at New Paltz, New York; MS Educational Psychology, SUNY at Albany, New York. My interests are: family (three children), collecting baseball cards and participating in various volunteer activities.
