Professor Robert Sherman
Applied Ethics

Professor Sherman has been an adjunct faculty member since the fall of 2003. He holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy as well as a Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degree. After graduate studies he worked at a residential youth center in Keswick, England and then a career in pastoral ministry. He pursued studies in Canon Law at Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Later careers include Management/Leadership training and Human Resources. In July 2005, Mr. Sherman accepted a position as Executive Director of St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation. Professor Sherman is a member of the Ethics Committee at St. Anthony's Hospital.  Mr. Sherman and his wife Pam live in Tampa and have four children: Abigail, Rachel, Andrew and John. He teaches at his church and is active with the cub scouts and Palma Ceia Little League.  He enjoys classical and jazz music, reading, cooking, and horseback riding.
