  Biography:

I received my undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 1992 and a Ph.D at The University of Florida in 1998. During that time I was also a visiting scientist at the Max Planck Institute in Mainz, Gemany and at Brookhaven National Laboratories. I am currently a Polymer Scientist at Essilor of America working in Research and Development. I have been teaching chemistry on and off since 1992.
