Larry Spicer has served in various capacities over his forty year career in education. Larry has taught at virtually every level of classroom instruction from kindergarten to graduate school; was dean of student affairs at the University of Puerto Rico and later at Wor-Wic Community College in Maryland.   Larry was also the director/author of a three year FIPSE grant designed to enhance the English speaking and writing skills of international students at Jersey City State College. Larry holds a BS in Education from St. John’s University in New York; an MA in English Education from the City University of New York and an MA in TESOL from New York University. Presently Larry is a full time instructor at the St. Pete/Gibbs campus of SPC in the Communications Department.
