  Biography:

 

 

Jane is currently the Acting Instructor in Charge for the Applied Ethics Department and the Applied Ethics Institute. Before becoming a full time Associate Professor in the Ethics Department in 2005, Jane spent over 16 years as an executive in the Health Management profession developing health promotion education programs for GM, Ford, and Boeing using immersive instructional technology. She has experience in Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. Recently, she was Director of Human Resources for a statewide charity providing housing and services to the elderly, homeless veterans, and people with mental illness. Jane has a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Development, a Masters in Theology, and completed Post Graduate work in Education. She is one of the Editors and Authors of the 6.0 version of the Applied Ethics textbook. Jane has seven siblings and has children and family in Michigan and Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, teaching Applied Ethics, and walking the beach.
