Hello, I have served as a teacher of Exceptional Education teacher at a middle school in Pinellas County for 14 years. As an instructor I have trained interns and mentored new teachers. I am also a coteacher at a middle school and have been the head of the Exceptional Education Department. I completed my doctorate in Organizational Leadership on February 28, 2007.  My educational philosophy is that all students can be successful given the encouragement. The course has to be fun, informative, and worth taking in that it can be used in the career that the students are pursuing.
