Files Information
On the ANGEL Home page, in the Toolbox section, there is a link to a personal file manager. By clicking on the Files link you will be able to create folders and files and upload images and documents for storage purposes. You can also publish your content on the World Wide Web. The built-in HTML Editor allows you to create new web pages or to edit existing ones with an easy to use word processing-style interface.

1. Go to your ANGEL Home page and click the Files hyperlink.
Files Link2. Click the Add Content hyperlink. NOTE - You are provided with 10 MB of space.

Add Content link3. Choose one of the links below based on what you wish to accomplish:
- Click Create a Folder hyperlink. NOTE - Using folders will better organize your files for easy retrieval.
Create a Folder- Type a name for the folder in the Folder Name text area. Click OK.
Name Folder- A folder with the name provided is created.

- Click Create a File hyperlink.
Create a File link- Type a file name in the File Name field. NOTE - When creating a web page, add the proper extension (.htm or .html) to the end of the filename (e.g. index.htm) to ensure the file type is properly identified and rendered by the web browser. For best results, webpage names should be comprised of alphanumeric characters with no spaces or special characters (other than hyphen and underscore characters).
- Type or paste text or HTML code in the File Contents text area and click OK. Note: Optionally use the Fast!page HTML Editor to apply formatting, insert images, or create hyperlinks in an HTML file. You may wish to review the tutorials for Using the HTML Editor.
Name and Create file
- Click the Upload Files link.
Upload Files link- The Upload a File page will appear. Click the Browse button and locate the file on your machine. Double click the file or select the file and click Open. Click Upload File.

- Click the Done Button and the file will be available within ANGEL and also on the World Wide Web.

NOTE: In order to use drag-n-drop, you will need to have Sun’s JVM 1.4.1 installed on your computer. If you do not have this installed on your computer, you will be prompted to download the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) This technique will also allow you to upload multiple files to ANGEL.
- Click the Drag-n-drop hyperlink.
Drag-n-drop link- It may take a minute for the java machine to start up. Minimize ANGEL and locate the folder where the files are located. Highlight the files and drag them into the Drag-n-drop window.
Highlight and Drag-n-Drop files- The files will be uploaded. You will see that file names in the Drag-n-drop window. Click Done.
Click Done
