Edit/Delete Calendar Entries - List View
You can easily edit or delete individual calendar entries while in the Grid View. You can also export individual calendar items and have them saved as Outlook calendar items.

1. To edit an individual calendar event in the Grid View, place your mouse over the title of the event. A window will appear below the item. Click on the Edit button.

2. Make any changes you want to your calendar event. For this example, information
was added to the Notes.

Make any changes needed.
3. Click Save.

4. When you edit a recurring event, you will have a choice to apply changes
to this occurrence only, all unmodified occurrences or all occurrences. Choose
the one your want to apply the changes and click Save.

5. To delete individual calendar item in the Grid View, place your mouse over the title of the event. A window will appear below the item. Click on the Delete button.

6. Click OK to delete the event or click Cancel.

7. To delete recurring events, click the Delete button..

8. You need to choose to delete this occurrence only, all unmodified occurrences,
or all occurrences of the event. Click OK when done.

9. Within the Grid view, you can also export any calendar item to your Outlook calendar. Place you mouse over the calendar event and click the Export Button.

10. When the dialog box appears, click the Open button.

Choose Open
11. Your Outlook calendar event will appear. Click Save and Close to create a calendar item within your Outlook program.
