Who do you want on camera? Whoever we interview for your project will be viewed as representative of your subject matter. Helpful Hint: In many video productions, interview candidates include, one or two spokespeople with a wide range of overall knowledge, supported by “testimonials” or “Like opinions”. We have found in most cases at SPC, the goal is usually to educate with grace, elegance and entertainment.

When and Where is the event and Who is the contact person. This is the most basic, but most important part. We need written information about when and where your event is happening AND a contact name, phone number AND email. We need to have good communication so all sides are clear in what is required and expected.

How do you want the final project packaged? Is your video for use only on the web or do you want to view it using a DVD player? Is the video to be shown one time only or do you plan to mail/send out copies? How many copies and in what format {DVD, CDR, MINI DV}. Our recommendation for highest quality at lowest cost is DVD.
